Looking for a ChargeNow Station
Open the ChargeNow App and use the built-in map to locate nearby kiosks or stations. Availability of chargers is updated in real time, but please note that station capacity is not guaranteed at all times.
Removing a Bank Card from the App
You can unlink your bank card under “Payment Methods” in the app settings. Make sure you have no active rentals or pending payments before removing your card.
Refunds
When renting a charger, a deposit hold (IDR 250,000–300,000 / PHP 888–1100) may appear on your statement. If you return the charger on time, the hold will be released within 2–5 business days, and only the actual rental fee is charged. If a charger is not returned within the maximum rental period (48 hours or 3 days, depending on your region), the deposit is forfeited.
Wallet Top-Up
You can top up your ChargeNow wallet via: – Credit Card / Debit Card – Apple Pay / Google Pay – PayPal (account required) Some top-up packages may include bonus credit.
Traveling with ChargeNow
Your account works across supported regions (Indonesia & the Philippines). Simply use the app to locate and rent from stations in different cities. Charges are applied in local currency (IDR or PHP).
Empty Station and Full Station
– Empty station: If no chargers are available, please check nearby kiosks using the app map. – Full station: If all slots are occupied when returning, the app will guide you to the nearest available drop-off point.
Faulty Battery
If your rented charger is not working or is damaged, report it immediately through the app or via customer support. You will not be held responsible for normal wear and tear, but unreported damage may result in fees.
Charging Period
Rental time starts when you unlock a charger and ends once you return it to a station and receive confirmation in the app. Maximum rental time depends on the station (commonly 48 hours or 3 days). If not returned, the charger will be considered lost, and the full deposit will be charged.
Verification Code
When registering or logging in, a One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile number via SMS. Enter the code in the app to proceed.
App Not Working
If the app is not functioning: 1. Check your internet connection. 2. Make sure your app is updated to the latest version. 3. Restart your phone. 4. If the problem persists, contact ChargeNow support through the Help/Support section in the app.
